North Korea Condemns US Air Attack In Syria

North Korea has criticized the US missile attack on a Syrian air base with sharp words and referred to as the need for its own atomic program. The US attack was a "clear and unacceptable act of aggression against a sovereign state" and North Korea condemned him "the strongest," the official North Korean news agency KCNA quoted on Friday a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry in Pyongyang.

The "reality" shows "that we must face strength with strength" and "proves millions of times that our decision to strengthen our nuclear deterrence was the right choice".
Analysts had previously stated that the US air attack in Syria had given a clear message to North Korea that the US government did not shy away from a military option. US President Donald Trump had threatened before the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping in the US that the US would be ready for an all-new entry if China did not exert pressure on Pyongyang in the dispute over the North Korean Auto program.
The US had attacked the Al-Shairat base as a retaliation for a presumed poison gas attack in Syria during the night to Friday. 59 Tomahawk marches were fired at the base in Homs province. US President Donald Trump said this was the base from which the poison gas attack had been flown from Tuesday
